1. Participation in the Virgin Voyages New Member Cruise Certificate Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to new Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).
2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion.
3. Participants who are new to the Momentum program at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas, and do not have any free slot play or free bet offers active and available on their account are eligible for this Promotion.
4. No entry fee is required.
5. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as outlined in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.
6. The Promotion will take place at MCLV beginning at 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2023 and will continue until management’s discretion.
7. Participants that earn either of the following Promotional Point threshold within their first visit are eligible for one (1) Virgin Voyages Cruise Certificate to the Caribbean or Mediterranean (“Certificate”):
   1. 300-749 Promotional Points: Certificate in an Ocean View cabin.
   2. 750+ Promotional Points: Certificate in a Sea Terrace cabin.
   3. One promotional point is earned for every $10 coin-in for reel slots and every $50 coin-in for video poker.
8. First visit is defined as the following:
   1. Locals (Las Vegas, North Las Vegas & Henderson resident) – The Participant’s first day of gaming activity (play) at MCLV.
   2. Non-locals (outside of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas & Henderson) – The Participant’s first consecutive days of gaming activity (play) at MCLV.
9. Once a Participant is eligible for a Certificate, they must visit the Cashier’s Cage to redeem their Certificate.
10. In the event an eligible Participant does not redeem their Certificate prior to the end of their first visit, an email will be sent to the address on file stating that the Participant has qualified for the Certificate and will have 30 days from date the email was sent to pick-up their Certificate. If Certificate is not redeemed within the stated time, it will null and void.
11. Certificates cannot be emailed nor mailed to Participants. Must be redeemed in person at MCLV.
12. Participants will have 30 days to book their cruise and 6 months to sail from the date of issuance.
13. Additional Virgin Voyages terms and conditions are provided on the Certificate.
14. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.

15. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.
16. MCLV reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Rules continue on the back.
17. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures, and policies may result in disqualification.
18. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
19. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
20. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Momentum card is free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.
21. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorizes the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, as applicable.
22. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron's name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying the winning Participant's name on property signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this promotion.
23. By participating in this Promotion, the winning Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.
24. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.
25. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.
26. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of promotion rules or other misconduct.
27. Momentum cards are non-transferable.
28. Any dispute or situation concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation of a dispute with the Nevada Gaming Control Board. If the dispute involves less than $500, then participants have the right to contact the Gaming Control Board and advise it of the dispute.
