Official Rules

The top four participants will have the chance to each win (2) Bret Michaels Concert Tickets

Guests may enter by confirming they are 21 years of age or older, liking the Bret Michaels Giveaway Post, and tagging (3) friends in the comment section to receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. Two (2) winners will be selected from the giveaway post shared to “@moheganlv” on Facebook and two (2) winners will be selected from the giveaway post shared to “moheganlv” on Instagram.

On the date of the drawing, the winner(s) shall be drawn at random via the Woobox website. The program which has been approved for use by the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission shall eliminate duplicate entries. The selection shall be done by the Mohegan Social Media Department via the random selection website mentioned above on the date and be designated by the Mohegan Social Media Department. The winner will be contacted by the Mohegan Casino Las Vegas Marketing Department.

The information collected online is used for this giveaway contest drawing only. Information received such as name, phone number, email address, home address, and data collected regarding areas of interest is stored in a database. The database is available for Mohegan's usage only and is not shared with anyone. None of the information collected is sold or shared with any third party and is available only to the Mohegan Social Media Department and Mohegan Casino Las Vegas.

▪ Patrons whose names appear on the Security Ejection List

▪ Employees of the Mohegan Tribe Corporate Governance and Compliance Department, Mohegan Sun Casino, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission, and the Mohegan Tribe Surveillance and their immediate family members.

▪ Patrons that are not in good standing (i.e. frozen accounts, exclusion, etc.).

▪ Anyone under 21 years of age.

• Promotion void in whole or in part where prohibited by law. Any attempted forgery of entries shall be held subject to appropriate legal action.

• Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron's name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying winner's name on property signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on htps://moheganlasvegas.com/

• MCLV Marketing team will contact the winners via Instagram to obtain their information and the for the instructions to claim their prize.

• The winners may contact MCLV Marketing team or the MCLV Cashier Cage team to provide their information and for the instructions to claim their prize.

• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules shall be resolved by Mohegan management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding to all patrons.

• Mohegan may void any entry, and/or cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice the public with notification to the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission.

• Upon entry patrons agree to abide by all promotion rules. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration.
