Summer Hot Seats Rules

 

VIEW HOT SUMMER PRIZE SEATS

1.  Participation in the Summer Hot Seats (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).

2.  Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion and as described in these rules.

3. No entry fee is required.

4.  Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.

5.  Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons aged 21 and over, and membership is free.

6.  Weekly prize structure is based on a minimum of seven (7) Participants. There is no limit on the maximum number of Participants who may participate in this Promotion.

7.  Participants are eligible to receive up to $500 in Free Slot Play for this Promotion when playing with theParticipant’s Momentum Card on the Casino Floor between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on select Fridays in August.

8.  Participants will spin a Promotion Wheel with increments of $100 ranging from $100 in Free Slot Play to $500 in Free Slot Play. Participants will receive the prize the Promotion Wheel lands on.

9.  A guest will be allowed to spin again when the prize indicator landed on a location that was deemed unclear by the MCLV marketing team.

10. A guest will be allowed to spin again if the wheel is confirmed and verified to be faulty by the MCLV Marketing Team.

11. The Participant’s Momentum Card must be inserted into a machine on the Casino Floor to be picked as a winner for the Promotion.

12. Participants can be chosen as a winner for the Promotion no more than one (1) time per day.

13. Two (2) winners will be chosen at randomized times between every hour including one (1) winner at 7:00 pm to spin the Promotion Wheel (maximum of seven (7) Winners per day) on select Fridays in August.

14. Winners will be announced over the PA system and must remain at their machine until located on the Casino Floor to claim their Prize.

15. If a Participant is not found on the floor at or near the location selection within five (5) minutes of being called, that Participant’s selection is now void and another Participant will be called. The process repeats until a winner is confirmed.

16. The guest is required to present a valid identification and Momentum Card for verification. 

Failure to provide or verify identification will result to the Prize being void and another Participant will be drawn and announced. This process will continue until a valid winner is confirmed.

17. Each Winner of the Promotion is required to sign a release form from MCLV Marketing team to authenticate receiving their prize. The release form shall include the specific amount or value of the prize, the time and date it was received, and the Winner’s contact information.

18. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by MCLV, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pay.

19. Malfunction by any device or devices voids all plays, pays, and prizes. In any such event, MCLV 

reserves any and all rights described in these rules.

17. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.

18. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotion at MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.

19. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may result in disqualification.

20. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

21. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

22. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Subject to rules of membership, Momentum cards and memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.

23. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.

24. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.

25. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.

26. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.

27. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.

28. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of any promotion rule(s) or other misconduct.

29. Momentum cards are non-transferable.

30. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
