Tournament Series Rules

1. Participation in the Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series (the “Tournament” and/or “Promotion”) is limited to invited Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).

2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Tournament and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion.

3. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as outlined in the Momentum rules at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.

4. Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons age 21 and over, and membership is free.

5. No entry fee is required to participate in this Promotion.

6. Monthly tournament prize structure is based on a minimum of ten (10) Participants. There is no limit on the maximum number of Participants who may participate in this Tournament.

7. Participants must be registered and RSVP’d ten (10) minutes before the conclusion of each tournament date’s session of play. Tournament days are every last Friday of the month (i.e. February 23, March 29, April 26 etc.) and December 26 - 30, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

8. In addition to those Momentum members who are invited to the Tournament(s), Momentum members may qualify for entry into the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series by earning ten (10) Status Points between the first day (1st) of any month’s Tournament through thirty (30) minutes prior to the conclusion of the Tournament date in such month (e.g. Participants must earn 10 Status Points from 12:00 a.m., March 1 through 7:30 p.m., March 29 to compete in the March 29 Tournament date of the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series)

9. Participants who earn entry to any single month’s Tournament do not automatically qualify for entry into all other dates of the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series (e.g., earning entry into the March date of the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series does not qualify for entry into the April, May, June, etc. dates of the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series,) provided that for the December 26 – 30 dates of the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series, earning ten (10) Status Points commencing at 12:00 a.m. on December 1, 2024 through thirty (30) minutes prior to the conclusion of Tournament dates held on or between December 26 – 30, qualifies a Participant for entry into all the remaining available Tournament dates and Tournament sessions available to be played on or between December 26 – 30, 2024.

10. Entries are non-transferrable; however, a Participant may assign a proxy person to participate on their behalf. Proxy person must be 21 years, or older, and such proxy person may participate in the tournament round(s), provided that such a proxy person is in the presence of, and participating at the request and direction of, the Participant. Any prizes won will be awarded to the registered Participant.

11. While at all times conforming to these rules addressing eligibility as well as dates and times of play, Participants who are timely present to play in the Tournament will be able to select one available and Tournament-operational slot machine per Tournament round. Participant will either insert their Momentum card or enter their Tournament system generated digital code to begin each Tournament round of play and to record their Tournament score.

12. Participant must have their Momentum card to activate the Tournament play. The guest must enter his/her Momentum players card number in the slot machine to start the Tournament session.

13. Each Participant can play up to two (2) 2-minute rounds per Tournament Day.

14. Participants must be in the Tournament play line no later than 7:59 p.m. on each tournament day.

15. In the event of a machine malfunction, it is the Participant's responsibility to immediately notify the Tournament representative who will move the Participant to a vacant Tournament slot machine to play their round. A complete round must be played on a single slot machine. One (1) single Participant must play an entire round at a single slot machine. The points previously accumulated on any machine that malfunctioned will be voided and will not stand or be carried over to the new round of play that takes place at another Tournament slot machine.

16. The Participant must report any machine malfunction immediately upon any such issue occurring so that claims involving malfunction may be considered during the session, and only during the session, of play in progress. In such an event, the Participant must immediately cease playing on any malfunctioning Tournament slot machine, to be followed by playing on another Tournament slot machine assigned by management.

17. No money, tokens or coins will be required to play the Tournament slot machines.

18. All scores will be automatically recorded on a credit meter of each machine. At the end of the 2-minute round, the total score will be recorded on the credit meter and the machine will provide a ticket showing the score. It is each Participant’s responsibility to verify their score obtained in the round prior to leaving the Tournament area. Upon a Participant leaving the Tournament slot machine assigned, the Participant’s automatically recorded score shall be deemed final and accurate.

19. The Participant’s top score of a possible two (2) scores achieved each day will determine that Participant’s final score for each day’s Tournament.

20. A Participant’s highest single score will be ranked among other Participants’ highest single scores to determine the overall order of finish for each day’s Tournament. Participants will only be awarded one (1) prize per tournament day.

21. Participants can only win three (3) 1st place prizes throughout the course of the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series. In the event of a Participant scoring a 1st place score on a fourth or more occurrence, the first runner up (i.e., the 2nd place Participant) will move to 1st place and the original 1st place scorer will be moved to 2nd place. If the original 2nd place scorer is also a prior three (3) time 1st place winner, the 3rd place scorer will be moved to 1st place and the original 1st and 2nd place scorers will each move down a position. Process may continue to re-rank scorers until 1st place is filled with a participant who has not previously won 1st place three (3) times.

22. In the event of a tie, the tied Participants will equally split the sum total of the applicable prizes.

23. Tournament winners and rankings will be posted at the Cashier’s Cage within two (2) hours after the completion of each daily tournament.

24. Any and all prize winners in the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series described by these rules will receive one, and only one, bonus round of available tournament play in each of the two (2) Grand Finale $200,000 Ultimate Championship Slot Tournament Series sessions of play scheduled to take place on December 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025. The maximum number of bonus rounds of play available on those dates is two (2) sessions with not more than one (1) session of bonus play taking place on each of those Grand Finale dates.

25. All prizes will be awarded in Free Slot Play and will be loaded onto the Participant’s Momentum account within two (2) hours after the completion of the daily tournament.

26. If for any reason the Tournament is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Tournament, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Tournament.

27. Malfunction by any device and/or devices voids all plays, pays and prizes. In any such event, MCLV reserves all rights described by these Rules.

28. The aggregate value of all Prizes on all dates in the $200,000 Ultimate Champion Slot Tournament Series and its Grand Finale is more than $200,000 Free Slot Play (actual value is $202,000 Free Slot Play.)

Monthly Tournament (last Friday of each month commencing February 23 through and including December 26 – 30, 2024) Prize structures of $10,000 Free Slot Play on each date, spanning a series of 15 tournament dates with aggregate value of $150,000 Free Slot Play, are as follows:

Grand Finale Tournament (on each of December 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025 for which there are separate $200,000 Grand Finale Ultimate Championship Tournament rules that are incorporated herein by reference,) Prize structures of $26,000 Free Slot Play on each date, spanning a series of two (2) tournament dates with aggregate value of $52,000 Free Slot Play, are as follows:

29. All prizes will be awarded in Free Slot Play.

30. Free Slot Play prizes will expire 30 days from issuance and Participants must utilize their PIN to access Free Slot Play prizes.

31. A single day limit of $10,000 in Free Slot Play may be utilized by any player. Any available additional Free Slot Play (beyond $10,000) may be utilized by a player on subsequent dates up to the date of expiration of such Free Slot Play.

32. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.

33. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotion at MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.

34. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may result in disqualification.

35. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

36. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

37. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Momentum cards and memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.

38. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.

39. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.

40. Participants agree to abide by MCLV’s resolution of any dispute(s) and agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses claims or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of available prize(s), and/or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.

41. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.

42. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.

43. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of any promotion rule(s) or other misconduct.

44. Momentum cards are non-transferable.

45. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
