Fortune Flowers Drawing Rules

 

VIEW FORTUNE FLOWERS DRAWING

1. Participation in the Fortune Flowers Drawing (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).

2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion and as described in these rules.

3. No entry fee is required.

4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.

5. Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons aged 21 and over, and membership is free.

6. The weekly drawing prize structure is based on ten (10) Participants. There is no limit on the maximum number of Participants who may participate in this Promotion.

7. Participants are eligible to receive one (1) Drawing Ticket for this Promotion for every ten (10) same-day Promotional Points earned from May 1, 2024 at 12:00 am through May 25, 2024 at 7:55 pm.

8. Earning period to receive a drawing ticket begins at 12:00 am Wednesday, May 1, 2024 and ends at 7:55 pm Saturday, May 25, 2024

9. Participants will receive one (1) free Drawing Ticket per valid Monday and Thursday between May 1, 2024 through May 25, 2024 when the Participant inserts their Momentum Card into the slot machine.

10. There is no limit to the amount of Drawing Tickets that may be earned per Momentum account.

11. Participants will automatically redeem their virtual Drawing Ticket through the slot machine when they reach ten (10) Promotional Points.

12. Participants will enter their Drawing Tickets through the following steps:

a. Press “Menu” on the slot machine screen
b. Press “Drawing”
c. Press “Fortune Flowers Drawing”
d. Press the Drawing Date and Time (e.g., “May 4 Drawing 6:00 pm”) the Participant wants to enter their Drawing Tickets in
e. Choose one of the following:
    i. “Enter All” – Enter all available Drawing Tickets into the chosen drawing
    ii. “Enter Some” – Enter a specified number of available Drawing Tickets into the chosen drawing
    iii. “Start Auto Entry” – Enter any Drawing Tickets into the chose drawing as soon as they are earned
f. Press “Confirm”
g. Press “Done”

13. The Participant’s Momentum Card must be inserted in the slot machine while playing to earn Promotional Points.

14. The Participant’s Momentum Card must be inserted in the slot machine to redeem their Drawing Ticket.

15. Drawing Tickets are non-transferable.

16. A Participant may only win one (1) Prize per week.

17. Ten (10) winners will be drawn weekly from the electronic drawing program for the Promotion to win Free Slot Play prizes (see matrix below) every Saturday of May 2024. Five (5) winners will be drawn at 6:00 pm. The final five (5) winners will be drawn at 8:00pm.

18. Participants much check in their tickets through the slot machine before each Drawing in order for their tickets to be pulled. Ticket check in will start one (1) hour before the drawing time and end five (5) minutes before the drawing time.

19. Winners must be present to win. Winners will have five (5) minutes from being announced to present themselves to the drawing area with proper photo ID and Momentum Card to be confirmed. Any winners not present after five (5) minutes will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn until all winners are confirmed. Updated as of MAY 3, 2024

20. Confirmed winners will select a Fortune Flowers Prize prop containing a hidden prize amount. Once the winner selects their prop the prize will be revealed and awarded to the winner. All selections are final. All prizes awarded in Free Slot Play and valid for 30 days from the date of the win.

21. Any Drawing Tickets that are not drawn will roll over and still be available to be drawn as a winning Drawing Ticket for the remaining available Fortune Flower Drawings for the month (e.g., a Participant has earned 10 Drawing Tickets. 1 Drawing Ticket gets pulled May 4, 2024. The Participant’s remaining 9 Drawing Tickets will still be available to be picked as a winning Drawing Ticket May 11, 18, and 25, 2024)

22. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by MCLV, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.

23. Malfunction by any device or devices voids all plays, pays, and prizes. In any such event, MCLV reserves any and all rights described in these rules. Weekly Drawings in May (Every Saturday at 6PM and 8PM from May 4, 2024 through and including May 25, 2024). Total Prize Pools of $3,000 in Free Slot Play will be awarded at each of the four Drawing dates totaling $12,000 in Free Slot Play. Weekly prize matrix is as follows:

24. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.

25. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotion at MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.

26. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may result in disqualification.

27. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

28. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

29. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Subject to rules of membership, Momentum cards and memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.

30. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.

31. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.

32. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, Updated as of MAY 3, 2024 and agents.

33. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.

34. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.

35. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of any promotion rule(s) or other misconduct.

36. Momentum cards are non-transferable.

37. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
