VIEW GIFT SNATCHER GIVEAWAY SUNDAYS

1. Participation in the Gift Snatcher Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).

2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion and as described in these rules.

3. No entry fee is required.

4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.

5. Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons aged 21 and over, and membership is free.

6. All Participants are eligible to earn Same Day Promotional Points on Saturdays and Sundays in December to redeem either Mohegan Casino Branded Prizes, Scratch Cards, or Gift Cards.

7. Each Prize can be redeemed for a different Promotional Point amount (see below).

8. The earning period for the Promotion begins at 12:00 am and ends at 11:59 pm the same day on select Saturdays and Sundays in December.

9. A maximum of one (1) Prize can be earned per Momentum account and per Participant, per valid promotion day.

10. Participants may not trade in a redeemed Prize for one of higher value even after earning enough Promotional Points for a higher value Prize. Once a Prize is redeemed for the day, the Participant may not receive another Prize.

11. Promotional Points do not carry over into the next day. Promotional Points must be earned the same day to receive a Prize (e.g., 50 Promotional Points earned on December 7, 2024 cannot be combined with 50 Promotion Points earned on December 8, 2024 to receive an Prize).

12. Participants have 24 hours following the end of the earning period to redeem their earned Prize(s).

13. MCLV will distribute the Prize(s) based on based on the number of Promotional Points earned and any and all limitations described in these rules.

14. Prizes may not be reserved or distributed outside of valid distribution dates.

15. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a different item.

16. Lost, stolen, or damaged physical Prizes will not be replaced.

17. The Prize Card cannot be tampered or altered in order to redeem and claim the Prize.

18. When claiming a Prize Card, the Cashier’s Cage representative must write the recipient’s Name, Momentum Number, and Date on the Prize Card before distributing.

19. The Cashier’s Cage representative must add the Free Slot Play amount from the Prize Card to the guest’s account after all verification.

20. Once Free Slot play is redeemed, the Cashier’s Cage representative will mark the Prize Card and keep at the Cashier’s Cage.

21. Free Slot Play from the Prize Card Redemption will expire seven (7) days from redemption.

22. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by MCLV, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.

23. Malfunction by any device or devices voids all plays, pays, and prizes. In any such event, MCLV reserves any and all rights described in these rules.

24. Participants must call the Prize/customer service contact described on each Prize or the contact otherwise provided by the Prize’s ultimate redeeming company for any errors or malfunction regarding the use of any Prize. MCLV is not responsible for any malfunctions or errors attributable to any Prizes once they have been awarded and distributed to the Participants. MCLV is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced or otherwise mishandled Prize card after any such card is in the possession of any Participant and/or has left the possession of MCLV.

25. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.

26. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotion at MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.

27. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may result in disqualification.

28. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

29. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

30. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Subject to rules of membership, Momentum cards and memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.

31. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.

32. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.

33. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.

34. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.

35. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.

36. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of any promotion rule(s) or other misconduct.

37. Momentum cards are non-transferable.

38. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
