VIEW HOT SUMMER FUN T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY

1. Participation in the Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt Gift Days (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).

2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion and as described in these rules.

3. No entry fee is required.

4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.

5. Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons aged 21 and over, and membership is free.

6. Invited guests will receive (1) Free Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt. Invited guests may not earn another Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt.

7. Momentum Members who do not receive a free Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt are eligible to earn one (1) Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt throughout the Promotion.

8. Momentum Members may earn ten (10) same day Promotional Points on either July 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7, 2024 to receive one (1) Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt.

9. Earning period resets at the start of each day of the Promotion. The earning period to receive the Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt begins at 12:00 am and ends at 11:59 pm the same day.

10. A maximum of one (1) Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt can be earned per Momentum account for the entirety of the Promotion.

11. Promotional Points do not carry over into the next day. Promotional Points must be earned the same day to receive a Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt (e.g., 5 Promotional Points earned on July 3, 2024 cannot be combined with 5 Promotion Point earned on July 4, 2024 to receive a Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt).

12. Participants must claim their Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt between 12:00 am July 3, 2024 and 11:59 pm July 7, 2024.

13. Participants can claim a Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt that they previously qualified for on a different Promotion day as long as the applicable Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt was not previously claimed (e.g., if a Participant earned 10 Promotional Points on July 3, 2024, but did not claim their Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt on July 3, 2024, they may claim the Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt July 4, 2024). Cage supervisor or manager must approve to claim and redeem the correct available Hot Summer Fun T-Shirt.

14. The distribution of Hot Summer Fun T-Shirts will take place at the Momentum Club/Cage between 12:00 am and 11:59 pm on valid promotion days.

15. MCLV will distribute the Hot Summer Fun T-Shirts based on the amount of Promotional Points earned and any and all limitations described in these rules.

16. Hot Summer Fun T-Shirts may not be reserved or distributed outside of valid distribution dates.

17. Hot Summer Fun T-Shirts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a different item.

18. Lost, stolen, or damaged physical Hot Summer Fun T-Shirts will not be replaced.

19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by MCLV, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.

20. Malfunction by any device or devices voids all plays, pays, and prizes. In any such event, MCLV reserves any and all rights described in these rules.

21. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.

22. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotion at MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.

23. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may result in disqualification.

24. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

25. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

26. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Subject to rules of membership, Momentum cards and memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.

27. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.

28. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.

29. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.

30. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.

31. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.

32. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of any promotion rule(s) or other misconduct.

33. Momentum cards are non-transferable.

34. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
