Ride into Adventure Rules

 

VIEW RIDE INTO ADVENTURE

1. Participation in the Ride into Adventure Table Drawing (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).

2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion and as described in these rules.

3. No entry fee is required.

4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.

5. Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons aged 21 and over, and membership is free.

6. The weekly drawing prize structure is based on five (5) Winners. There is no limit on the maximum number of Participants who may participate in this Promotion.

7. Participants are eligible to receive one (1) Drawing Ticket for this Promotion for every ten (10) Promotional Points earned on Table Games from February 1, 2025 at 12:00 am through February 22, 2025 at 6:45 pm.

8. Earning period to receive a drawing ticket begins at 12:00 am Saturday, February 1, 2025 and ends at 6:45 pm Saturday, February 22, 2025

9. There is no limit to the amount of Drawing Tickets that may be earned per Momentum account.

10. Once a Participant reaches ten (10) Promotional Points earned on Table Games during the earning period, Momentum Members will receive one (1) virtual Drawing Entry. Drawing entries may be entered into the Drawing at the Promotional Desk (when available) or Cashier’s Cage.

11. The Participant’s Momentum Card must be used at any Table Game to earn points into the Drawing.

12. Drawing Tickets are non-transferable.

13. A Participant may only win one (1) Prize per week.

14. Five (5) Winners will be drawn every Saturday in February at 7:00 pm through a virtual drawing program to win an E-Bike or Promo Chips.

15. The Drawing Entry cutoff for each week’s Drawing is fifteen minutes prior to the Drawing. Any Drawing Entry entered after the fifteen-minute cutoff will be available for next week’s Drawing.

16. Any Drawing Tickets that are not drawn will roll over and still be available to be drawn as a winning Drawing Ticket for the remaining available Ride into Adventure Table Drawings for the month (e.g., a Participant has earned 10 Drawing Tickets. 1 Drawing Ticket gets pulled February 1, 2025. The Participant’s remaining 9 Drawing Tickets will still be available to be picked as a winning Drawing Ticket February 8, 15, 22, 2025).

17. Winners will be announced on the Casino Floor at approximately 7:00 pm every Saturday in February. Winners not present will be contacted via email and will have seven (7) days to claim their Prize.

18. Each Winner of the Promotion is required to sign a release form from MCLV Marketing team to authenticate receiving their prize. The release form shall include the specific amount or value of the prize, the time and date it was received, and the Winner’s contact information.

19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by MCLV, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.

20. Malfunction by any device or devices voids all plays, pays, and prizes. In any such event, MCLV reserves any and all rights described in these rules.

Weekly Drawings in February (Every Saturday 7:00 pm from February 1, 2025 through and including February 22, 2025. Weekly prize matrix is as follows:

21. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.

22. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotion at MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.

23. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may result in disqualification.

24. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

25. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

26. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Subject to rules of membership, Momentum cards and memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.

27. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.

28. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.

29. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.

30. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.

31. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.

32. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of any promotion rule(s) or other misconduct.

33. Momentum cards are non-transferable.

34. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
