Promotion Rules
1. Participation in the Timeless Elegance Watch Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).
2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion and as described in these rules.
3. No entry fee is required.
4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.
5. Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons age 21 and over, and membership is free.
6. Participants will receive one (1) drawing ticket to this Promotion for every five (5) status points earned between 12:00 a.m. on March 21, 2024 through March 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
7. A maximum of twenty (20) drawing tickets may be earned per Momentum account.
8. Participants must claim their earned drawing ticket(s) at the Cashier’s Cage.
9. The drawing ticket(s) must be filled out by the Cashier’s Cage representative. The “Timeless Elegance – Momentum Drawing,” drawing ticket must be filled with the following information: a. Guest Complete Name b. Momentum Number
10. A drawing drum will be located inside the Cashier’s Cage. Participants must verify information on the ticket(s) before the Cashier’s Cage representative deposits the ticket into the drawing drum.
11. The earning period to receive a drawing ticket(s) begins at Midnight on March 21, 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm on March 24, 2024.
12. All drawing tickets must be deposited into the drawing drum located inside of the Cashier’s Cage by 11:00 am March 25, 2024.
13. Drawing will be conducted on March 25, 2024 at Noon. One (1) winner will be chosen to receive their choice of either an Oris Watch and Designer Bracelet ($3,000 Value) or a certificate for $3,000 of In-Store Credit at T-Bird Jewels in Summerlin.
14. The winners will be contacted via email by the MCLV Marketing team to provide information on how to claim and pick up their prize.
15. The Winner will have thirty (30) days to claim their prize and nine (9) months to pick up their prize.
16. MCLV will not ship the prize. The prize must be picked up at the Cashier’s Cage within nine (9) months of claiming.
17. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a different item.
18. Lost, stolen, or damaged prizes will not be replaced.
19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by MCLV, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.
20. Malfunction by any device or devices voids all plays, pays, and prizes. In any such event, MCLV reserves any and all rights described in these rules.
General Rules
21. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.
22. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotion at MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
23. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may result in disqualification.
24. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. 25. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
26. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Subject to rules of membership, Momentum cards and memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.
27. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.
28. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.
29. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.
30. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.
31. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.
32. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of any promotion rule(s) or other misconduct.
33. Momentum cards are non-transferable.
34. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
