Virgin Voyages Cruise Days Rules

 

VIEW VIRGIN VOYAGES CRUISE DAYS

1. Participation in the Virgin Voyages Cruise Days Drawing (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).

2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion and as described in these rules.

3. No entry fee is required.

4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.

5. Membership in Momentum is available to qualified persons aged 21 and over, and membership is free.

6. The weekly drawing prize structure is based on two (2) Participants. There is no limit on the maximum number of Participants who may participate in this Promotion.

7. Participants are eligible to receive one (1) Drawing Ticket for this Promotion for every ten (10) Promotional Points earned on the same Promotion day.

8. Earning period to receive a drawing ticket begins at 12:00 am Monday, August 1, 2024 and ends at 4:55 pm Tuesday, August 27, 2024

9. Participants will receive one (1) free drawing ticket on valid Mondays and Thursdays between August 1, 2024 through August 27, 2024.

10. Participant must insert their Momentum card into the slot machine and claim the free drawing ticket.

11. Two (2) winners will be drawn weekly. The winners will be awarded a valid Virgin Voyages Cruise Certificate for two every Tuesday in the month of August 2024 at 5:00 pm.

12. Participants are only available to win one (1) Virgin Voyages Cruise Certificate for two for the entirety of the promotional period including the July Virgin Voyages Cruise Days Promotion.

13. There is no limit to the amount of drawing tickets that may be earned per Momentum account.

14. Participants will automatically redeem their virtual Drawing Ticket through the slot machine when they reach ten (10) Promotional Points.

15. Participants will enter their Drawing Tickets through the following steps:

    a. Press “Menu” on the slot machine screen
    b. Press “Drawing”
    c. Press “Virgin Voyages Cruise Days Drawing”
    d. Press the Drawing Date and Time (e.g., “August 6 Drawing 5:00 pm”) the Participant wants to enter their Drawing Tickets in
    e. Choose one of the following:

        i.“ Enter All” – Enter all available Drawing Tickets into the chosen drawing
        ii.“ Enter Some” – Enter a specified number of available Drawing Tickets into the chosen drawing
        iii.“ Start Auto Entry” – Enter any Drawing Tickets into the chose drawing as soon as they are earned

    f. Press “Confirm”
    g. Press “Done”

16. The Participant’s Momentum Card must be inserted in the slot machine while playing to earn Promotional Points and redeem their Drawing Tickets.

17. Drawing Tickets are non-transferable.

18. MCLV will contact the Winners via email to claim their Prize.

19. The Winners will have until 11:59 pm of the following Monday to claim their Prize.

20. Failure to claim their Prize during the given required time will automatically disqualify the announced winner. MCLV Marketing team will then proceed to draw another winner the following drawing date until all winners are confirmed and verified.

21. All drawing tickets that are not drawn will automatically roll over for the remaining Virgin Voyages Promotion Days and is/are still valid for the next drawing (e.g., a Participant has earned 10 Drawing Tickets and their tickets do not get pulled for the entered drawing. The Participant’s 10 Drawing Tickets are still available for the next drawing).

22. Any drawing tickets earned from the July Virgin Voyages Cruise Days will rollover to the August Virgin Voyages Cruise Days.

23. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by MCLV, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.

24. Malfunction by any device or devices voids all plays, pays, and prizes. In any such event, MCLV reserves any and all rights described in these rules.

24. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired)government issued identification card for verification.

25. MCLV reserves all rights, without limitation, to cancel, terminate, modify extend, or suspend the Promotionat MCLV’s sole discretion and without prior notice.

26. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures and policies may resultin disqualification.

27. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in theemployee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotionalcompanies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

28. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or bytheir own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in thisPromotion.

29. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Subject to rules of membership, Momentum cardsand memberships are free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.

30. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotionauthorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax formand non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, if and as applicable.

31. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron’s and/or Participant’s name and likeness for promotionalpurposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying Participant's name on signage, usingnames in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives theconclusion of this Promotion.

32. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries,losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuseof the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respectiveparents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives,and agents.

33. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.

34. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.

35. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and/or violation of anypromotion rule(s) or other misconduct.

36. Momentum cards are non-transferable.

37. Any dispute or situation involving any claim concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLVManagement at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding,subject to the initiation and ultimate resolution of a dispute with and adjudicated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
