Promotion Rules
1. Participation in the Wu Tang Felt Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).
2. Must be a Momentum Member to participate in the promotion.
3. No entry fee is required.
4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as described in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.
5. Participants will receive one (1) drawing ticket to this Promotion by presenting their Momentum Membership to the Cashier’s Cage. Only one (1) drawing ticket per Momentum account can be redeemed during the Redemption Period. Drawing ticket must include the Momentum member’s name and Momentum number and be labeled, “Wu Tang Felt Giveaway – Momentum Drawing”.
6. A member of the Cashier’s Cage team will enter in the Participant’s information on the drawing ticket.
7. Participants must verify their information before handing it back to the Cashier’s Cage representative.
8. Redemption period to receive a drawing ticket begins at Midnight Sunday, March 17th through 2:30pm Monday, March 25th (“Redemption Period”).
9. The cashier’s cage representative must deposit the drawing ticket into the drawing drum after verifying all information is entered and accurate by 2:30pm on Monday, March 25th.
10. The drawing will take place on March 25th, 2024 at 3:00pm at the Desert Star Bar.
11. One (1) winner will be drawn. Winner need not be present to win and will be contacted via email. Winner will need to claim their prize through email and will have five (5) days to claim and nine (9) months to pick up.
12. If the prize is not claimed within the specified time, winner is now void and another winner will be drawn from the drum. Process continues until the prize is claimed.
13. Prize must be picked up at the Cashier’s Cage at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
14. MVLV will not ship the prize.
15. Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary value or any other item.
16. Lost, stolen, or damaged drawing tickets will not be replaced.
17. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. General Rules
18. All prizes will be awarded in Free Slot Play.
19. Free Slot Play prizes will expire 30 days from issuance and Participants must utilize their PIN to access Free Slot Play prizes.
20. A single day limit of $10,000 in Free Slot Play may be utilized by any player. Any available additional Free Slot Play (beyond $10,000) may be utilized by a player on subsequent dates up to the date of expiration of such Free Slot Play.
21. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.
22. MCLV reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
23. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures, and policies may result in disqualification.
24. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
25. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
26. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Momentum card is free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.
27. Participant winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form as applicable.
28. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron's name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes without limitation displaying Participant's name on property signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this Promotion.
29. By participating in this Promotion, Participant(s) agree(s) to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.
30. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.
31. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.
32. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of Promotion rules or other misconduct.
33. Momentum cards are non-transferable.
34. Any dispute or situation concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation of a dispute with the Nevada Gaming Control Board. If the dispute involves less than $500, then participants have the right to contact the Gaming Control Board and advise it of the dispute.
