Promotion Rules
1. Participation in the Wu Tang Clan Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is limited to Mohegan Las Vegas Momentum members (“Participant(s)”).
2. Membership in Momentum does not guarantee entry into this Promotion and participation may be limited at Mohegan Casino Las Vegas (“MCLV”) Management’s discretion.
3. No entry fee is required.
4. Participants are subject to all terms and conditions of Momentum membership as outlined in the Momentum Rules located at https://moheganlasvegas.com/momentum/momentum-rules.html.
5. Participants will receive one (1) drawing ticket to this Promotion for every thirty (30) status points between 12:00 a.m. on February 21, 2024 through March 2, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
6. A maximum of ten (10) drawing tickets may be earned per Momentum account.
7. Participants must claim their drawing ticket at the Cashier’s Cage.
8. The drawing ticket must include the Event Name, Momentum member’s name, and Momentum number.
9. The drum will be located inside the Cashier’s Cage. Participants must verify information on the ticket before it is deposited into the drum.
10. The redemption period to receive a drawing ticket begins at 12:00 am on February 21, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on March 2, 2024.
11. Drawing will be conducted on March 4, 2024 at 4:00 pm. One (1) winner will be chosen to receive two (2) Wu Tang Clan tickets to their choice of existing dates at the Virgin Hotels.
12. Winner does not have to be present to claim their prize. Winner will be contacted by the MCLV Marketing team.
13. Only one (1) pair of Wu Tang Clan tickets can be won per Momentum account.
14. The winner will have thirty (30) days to claim their prize and will have until March 23, 2024 to use (dates subject to change).
15. The winner will be contacted via email by the MCLV Marketing team to provide information on how to claim and pick up their prize.
16. Tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a different item.
17. If the ticket is not claimed within the specified time, the ticket is now void and cannot be transferred to a different event.
18. Lost, stolen, or damaged physical tickets will not be replaced.
19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, corrupted hardware or software, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of MCLV which adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, MCLV reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Malfunction voids all pays.
General Rules
20. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and be able to present proof of age with a valid (unexpired) government issued identification card for verification.
21. MCLV reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
22. Failure to adhere to the Promotion, Momentum, or MCLV general rules, procedures, and policies may result in disqualification.
23. Employees of MCLV, their immediate family members and family members or other person(s) residing in the employee’s place of residence, and its related companies, its advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
24. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government and/or state program or by their own request or by management’s discretionary instruction are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
25. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion. Momentum card is free and may be obtained at the Cashier’s Cage or enrollment kiosk.
26. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes and fees on their winnings and by entering this Promotion authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(s). U.S. Residents will be issued a W2-G tax form and non-U.S. Residents will be issued a 1042-S tax form, as applicable
27. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron's name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying winning Participant's name on property signage, using names in external e-mail announcements or on MoheganLasVegas.com. Such permission survives the conclusion of this promotion.
28. By participating in this Promotion, the winning Participants agree to release from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person/and or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion, and to hold harmless MCLV and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents.
29. MCLV reserves the right to void any entry.
30. Participation in this Promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of MCLV.
31. MCLV may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, and violation of promotion rules or other misconduct.
32. Momentum cards are non-transferable.
33. Any dispute or situation concerning the Promotion will be resolved by MCLV Management at its sole and absolute discretion. The decisions of MCLV Management are final and binding, subject to the initiation of a dispute with the Nevada Gaming Control Board. If the dispute involves less than $500, then participants have the right to contact the Gaming Control Board and advise it of the dispute.
