Momentum Rewards Terms & Conditions
MGNV, LLC (“Mohegan”) and its affiliates, including Mohegan Sun, ilani, and Mohegan Sun Pocono, are pleased to welcome you to the Momentum Rewards Program (“Momentum”). These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to your participation in Momentum.
Please read these Terms and Conditions to understand Momentum rules and benefits and your responsibilities. By enrolling as a member of Momentum or by using your Momentum rewards card (“Card”), you accept these Terms and Conditions. You also consent to Mohegan’s collection and use of your personal information as described in our privacy notice available here. Mohegan may change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any aspect of Momentum, its benefits and its Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason.
Eligibility for Membership
Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older are eligible for Momentum. Corporations and other entities, employees, and other excluded individuals per Mohegan policy and management discretion cannot become Momentum members.
Eligible individuals may enroll in Momentum at the property or online in select locations. To enroll in Momentum, you must provide Mohegan at a minimum your full legal name, physical address, phone number, email, and date of birth. To obtain your Card, you must provide a valid photo identification to a Marketing Representative or other authorized team members located on the property of Mohegan Sun Las Vegas. Types of valid photo identification include Driver's License, Passport, Military or Veteran ID, State ID, Tribal ID, and Alien Resident ID. A Card may be issued to each Momentum member, and an associated Momentum account created, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Each member is responsible for selecting a confidential Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) for his/her account as well as online login credentials (collectively, “Login Credentials”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials, and you are responsible for all transactions on your account when your Login Credentials are used, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify Mohegan of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or Login Credentials or any other breach of security. Mohegan reserves the right to disable your Login Credentials at any time in its sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in Mohegan’s opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Except as permitted by these Terms and Conditions, a member may not transfer, sell, purchase, trade or barter a Card, Momentum account, Momentum Dollars, Status Points, food and beverage offers, entertainment offers, or any membership benefit to another individual. Violators of this rule are subject to termination of Momentum membership and forfeiture of rewards including, but not limited to, accumulated Momentum Dollars, Status Points, and/or membership benefits.
Mohegan is not responsible for lost or stolen Cards. The number of concurrently active Cards may be subject to limits set by Mohegan, and Mohegan has the right to audit any account in its discretion at any time to investigate the number of concurrently active Cards per account.
There are six separate Statuses available through Momentum. Status Points are earned through gaming and determine which card level members fall into:
- Core Status: The Core Status card is the initial card that any guest who is 21 years of age or older can sign up for with a valid form of identification. It is free of charge at our Player’s Club booths. Core has many benefits associated with it, and by signing up for the Core Status card, you will receive all such benefits.
- Ignite Status: The Ignite Status card is available to guests during the six-month qualifying period, April through September and October through March (“Qualifying Period”). Members who earn Ignite Status will have all of the associated benefits that the Ignite Status card offers.
- Leap Status: The Leap Status card is available to guests during the six-month Qualifying Period. Guests who earn Leap Status will have all of the associated benefits that the Leap Status card offers.
- Ascend Status: The Ascend Status card is available to guests during the six-month Qualifying Period. Guests who earn Ascend Status will have all of the associated benefits that an Ascend member receives.
- Soar Status: The Soar Status card is available to guests during the six-month Qualifying Period. Guests who earn Soar Status will have all of the associated benefits that a Soar member receives.
- Triumph Status: The Triumph Status card is only available to guests by invite or through management discretion. Further information will be given upon invitation.
Momentum benefits and Status (i.e., Core, Ignite, Leap, Ascend, Soar, and Triumph) are based on member expenditures for gaming play and certain non-gaming purchases at participating Mohegan destinations with the use of a member’s Card. Every time a member plays with their Card, they will be rewarded with Momentum Dollars. One Momentum Dollar is equivalent to one U.S. dollar when using them for purchase. As members elevate their Momentum Status, Momentum Dollar accelerators will increase the dollar earning rate.
Depending on your Momentum Status, potential rewards may include, but are not limited to, monthly food offers, invites to special events, promotions, and tournaments, fuel discounts, VIP parking access, VIP lounge access, and golf course membership discounts. Some benefits may be based on play and are subject to availability. Restrictions may apply. Momentum Dollars can be used at any Mohegan affiliated property, including Mohegan Sun, ilani, Mohegan Sun Pocono, and starting in October 2021, Resorts Casino Hotel. Your use of your Card at Mohegan Sun Las Vegas and/or its affiliated properties is subject to the Momentum Rewards Program Terms and Conditions of the property where you use your Card. To ensure proper recording of Momentum benefits, each member is responsible for properly providing or inserting their Card upon use or purchase. Any rewards earned by someone other than the cardholder or fraudulently or erroneously earned are subject to void, removal and/or cancellation.
You will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification bearing the same name as stated on the Card and your account PIN in order to redeem rewards.
Momentum Dollars will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Status Points will be reset to zero at the end of each Qualifying Period. In addition, Mohegan may terminate your Momentum Dollars and any other Momentum benefits without advance notice for any reason or no reason.

Mohegan is not responsible for products or services offered by other companies that may participate in benefits, offers or special promotions provided to members. All statements and opinions expressed by third parties are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the person or entity providing those materials.
Violation of these Terms
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions, including fraud, misrepresentation, misuse of a Card or a Momentum account to manipulate accumulation of rewards, misuse of Momentum rewards or balances, including, but not limited to, Momentum Dollars, Status Points, complimentaries, or if you are barred from the Mohegan property or engage in other improper conduct as determined by Mohegan, may subject you, without limitation, to termination of Momentum Rewards membership, demotion of the member’s account Status, forfeiture of all of your member benefits including, but not limited to, accumulated Momentum Dollars, Status Points, Status benefits, and/or appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Mohegan or applicable governmental authorities. In addition, Mohegan has the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting or defending any lawsuit related hereto.
Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect as long as you are a Momentum member. Even after you are no longer a Momentum member, certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature are intended to survive will remain in effect, including Sections 3, 7-14, and the Privacy Notice.
Mohegan may suspend or terminate your membership in Momentum or the Momentum program itself at any time for any or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability to you or to any third party for any claims, damages, costs or losses resulting therefrom.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Mohegan of a term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of Mohegan to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
MOHEGAN, ITS DIRECTORS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR MOMENTUM MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS TO TERMINATE YOUR MOMENTUM MEMBERSHIP. OUR MAXIMUM FINANCIAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS $100.
You agree that your breach of these Terms and Conditions will cause irreparable injury to Mohegan for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy, and Mohegan is entitled to seek equitable relief, in addition to any remedies it may have hereunder or at law, without having to post a bond or other security or prove damages.
Applicable Law, Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY REQUIRE YOU TO AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN US THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
The laws of the State of Nevada will govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes under them, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, then in effect. This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in Clark County, Nevada.
All claims and disputes within the scope of this arbitration agreement must be arbitrated or litigated on an individual basis and not on a class basis. Claims of more than one customer or user cannot be arbitrated or litigated jointly or consolidated with those of any other customer or user.
Decisions Regarding Interpretation of these Terms
All decisions concerning the interpretation and application or administration of Momentum are within the sole discretion of management and any dispute regarding the accumulation or forfeiture of Momentum Dollars, Status Points, Momentum Status, or other benefit associated with an account will be reviewed by management. Management’s decision in any dispute will be final and binding subject to regulatory approval as required under applicable law.
The Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Mohegan with respect to Momentum and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to Momentum.
